The razor-sharp Dalstrong Gladiator Series 10" Bull Nose Butcher's Breaking Knife is a powerhouse tool in breaking, sectioning and portioning your meat.   The bulbous nose of the blade provides several benefits, including a stronger tip, a more weighted end, additional length at the end for cleaner cuts, while the curvature of the nose makes skinning easier.  Sail through beef, pork and chicken like butter, trim briskets effortlessly and break down large game (moose, deer, elk and more) without getting lost in the meat.
